Fiver Powerful Steps to overcome your Fears and to achieve your Goals


Remember that failure doesn´t exist, as there is always something new to learn from your experience. 

1 – Be honest and ask yourself the following questions:

  • What is it that I already know?
  • What is it that I still don´t know?
  • What is it that I need to know?

If you need to learn something new, start learning it, and if you don´t have the resources available, if you use it wisely, Internet is a great source of information.

2 – Imagine yourself accomplishing those goals or seeing the completion of those tasks that you need to finalize.  Invest a few minutes, two or three times a day, simply visualizing that situation. For example, if you need to finalize a task, imagine yourself doing it and completing it, and remember that the mind cannot differentiate between a real experience and a vividly imagined experience. 

3 – Become a great observer. Never take anything personal, if you are considering failure as something pesonal, is because you are associating a story about yourself. Remember that the subconscious mind will start identifying your current information, with images, thoughts in your memory regarding experiences from the past. Try to observe your habits, and free yourself from every negative pattern that you are still attached to. 

4 – Ask yourself the following questions:

  • What does this information trigger?
  • What are the postive aspects that i have learned from this experience?

5 – Become your best Coach, and eliminate all your negative self-talk.  Start to feel the fear, if you are trapped in a stituation that is really paralyzing … there is a tool that we all have.

Close your eyes, and take a few deep breaths. Start observing the situation, stop fighting it, start feeling all your emtotions and all the sensations that manifesting in your body, tap into your feelings, and everything that is happening right in that moment. Observer any other kind of oppression, and tension in any part of your body and simply accept it as what it is. Breathe deeply for a minute until you start noticing that the feeling of fear starts dissipating. You will start feeling in your body and being in the present moment. 

The more you practice this or any other methods that help you connect with your bodies natural response, it will help you in releasing your fears.
